Creating Effective Property Checklists and Guides: The SAGE Acronym"

As an estate agent or letting agent, you may be struggling to create effective checklists and guides that resonate with potential clients. However, there is a solution: the SAGE acronym. This acronym can help you create guides, templates, and checklists that work every time and actually help landlords, sellers, and buyers.

So, what does SAGE stand for?

S is for "short." Keep your content brief and easy to consume within a few minutes. It's snackable content that will keep potential clients engaged.

A is for "actionable." Give clients a clear step to take that will move them forward in the process. Don't overwhelm them with too much information at once, but do give them something they can act on.

G is for "goal-oriented." Give clients a specific outcome to strive for, something they can work towards.

E is for "easy to implement." Make sure your content is clear and easy to understand so clients can implement your advice and take action.

By using the SAGE acronym, you can create effective and engaging content that will help you convert potential clients into actual clients. If you need help creating your own guide, checklist, or template, reach out to me. Let's work together to create content that works for you and your clients.
